Please sign the courier note with ‘Box Tampered’ and your signature while receiving, if there is damage to the box and product.What is the estimated delivery time?
- Outside Chennai 10 – 14 Days.
- Once the order window is closed, Products are typically dispatched within 1-2 days depending on your destination and services related to the Product shall be provided after the delivery of the Product. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same.
Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?
- No, shipments are free of charge if you are in City Limit. If incase your place is outside the City Limit there might be a small charges you have to pay during delivery which will be intimated before dispatch.
- No, All the products are transported and delivered using KomforTable’s partner delivery network. While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated. Get in touch with us via support number (+91) 80569 60802 for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not got in touch with you.
- However, if in certain exceptional cases, if we agree to deliver the Products in non-serviceable pin-codes, we may deliver the product at your doorstep provided the transportation/shipping cost is borne by you at actuals in advance
How do I track my order?
- The best way to check your order status is to sign-up at komfortable.in and go to the order tracking page: https://komfortable.in/my-account/orders
- We try our best to deliver your Product before you can even think ‘where is it now?’. In cases of delivery Exigencies, we proactively call / email the customer to inform them of the status of their product and where it is in transit.
- In the rare case when you have not received any communication from us for 10 days after order (or 10 days after promised shipment date in the case of pre-orders) do give us a call at our customer care number or email us at [email protected]
What if I receive a damaged product?
- We ensure the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case you receive a damaged product (damage as defined above), please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please call us on (+91) 80569 60802 or write to us at [email protected] Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2-3 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement.
- Outside Chennai Customer Care:- For customers outside chennai, we will only be able to send any parts that have been damaged in transit or those that need replacement. We will not be able to send our service technician for outside chennai orders.
Can I cancel the order?
We take great pride in all the products we curate. Product cancellations after 24 Hours of the order will not be accepted. There will be a 10% cancellation charges on orders made beyond 24 hours. 1. Order cancellations/ swapping after 24 hours of placing the order won’t be entertained. 2. Cancellation at the time of delivery not available 3. Returns/Replacements are accepted only for the following reasons:- Completely Damaged Product
- Dead on Arrival (Unusable)
- Manufacturing Defect
